Just one week now until we set off on our South American Panorama; 3 weeks visiting mainly Peru and Bolivia but with whistle-stops in Santiago (Chile), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) plus a visit to the breathtaking Iguazu Falls on the borders of Argentina/Brazil and Paraguay.
New suitcases purchased (very expensive, much to Ian's horror!!) and ready to be packed in the next few days. It's quite hard to know exactly what to take as temperatures are likely to range from mid 20°C in Lima down to 5°C up in the Andes and then hot again in Santiago and the other places. Still, we've done our best to cover most eventualities and if we've got it wrong, you'll just see the same clothes in every photo.
Well, this is the first time we've ever "blogged" so hopefully it will come out OK and we'll post another one before we leave.
